Blue Majik Banana Smoothie


  In partnership with Amber from Amber Approved, a local Calgary based Certified Holistic Nutritionist. This shake is mood boosting, sweet tooth satisfying, and loaded with magnesium and potassium to relax the body and mind.



2 frozen bananas 1 scoop blue majik 3 Tbsp coconut yogurt (unsweetened) (we used Yoso) 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk Topped with cacao nibs, coconut and edible rose petals which top the cake for self-love. 

Blend and enjoy! Add more yogurt if you want it thicker and add some ice if you want to use fresh bananas.
