White Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate

  1. 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  2. 2 tbsp cup coconut cream
  3. 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  4. 1 tbsp pumpkin puree unsweetened
  5. 1 tsp cinnamon
  6. ½ tsp nutmeg
  7. ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice



  1. In a medium saucepan add milk and pumpkin puree and mix well.
  2. Add maple syrup, spices and coconut cream and whisk well.
  3. Pour into your favorite mug once heated and garnish with coconut whip cream and a cinnamon stick.
  4. Makes 1 cup
