Natural Factors - A Commitment To Health

The challenges we face today are an important reminder of how critical it is to support our local communities and uphold the well-being of people around us.

Natural Factors prioritizes the health of our citizens through a commitment to
product quality and the sustainability of the environment’s precious resources. Around 1,000 acres of certified organic farmland at Factors Farms ® in the Okanagan Valley of BC set the foundation for Natural Factors’ brand. This land is dedicated to growing fresh, organic, high-quality ingredients, such as Echinacea purpurea, barley grass, and alfalfa, to be used locally in our products. We use sustainable practices throughout all steps of farming, beginning with carefully selected, non-hybrid, non-GMO seeds that are planted in fertile alluvial soil and enriched with chemical- and pesticide-free compost and nitrogen-rich sea plants.

Handpicking gives us control over our harvest and ensures that only healthy, mature plants with the highest ratios of active ingredients are used in our products. Ingredients are processed in local facilities soon after harvest to preserve their full nutritional and therapeutic profiles, while supporting local workers and eliminating the carbon footprint of lengthy transport. Finished products undergo ISURA ® certification as an added guarantee that they are pure, potent, and accurately labelled. At Natural Factors we know firsthand that the real measure of success is making a positive impact on the lives of others. We show our commitment to the health and well-being of our customers, employees, farmers, and communities by producing effective, high-quality products in an environmentally sustainable and socially responsible way.
