Established in 2024, Peaks & Pastures is a Water Buffalo ranch located near Fort Macleod, Alberta owned by Theo and Amanda Beijer. Peaks & Pastures produces water buffalo dairy products including milk, cheese and now butter! Water buffalo milk is a richer source of protein, calcium and other nutrients while also containing the A2 beta casein making it more digestible than traditional cows milk.
