For each recipe put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 5 to 10 seconds

For vegan option: replace the organic grass-fed butter or ghee with coconut butter and omit egg yolks.

For non caffeinated options replace the coffee with nut milk or coffee alternatives such as Dandy Blend (a dandelion root coffee replacement.)

Coffee in all recipes can be replaced by green or black tea.
