Island Bakery Biscuits
Savoury biscuits are made on the Isle of Mull using award-winning Isle of Mull farmhouse cheese produced just down the road from the bakery. The cheese is made from raw milk from a single herd, and the close proximity between the dairy and bakery keeps the sourcing especially local.
The biscuits are all-butter, with most of the remaining main ingredients being organic, and they’re baked in Island Bakery’s factory powered by local renewable energy. One variety keeps the focus on the rich farmhouse cheese, while the other pairs it with onion and thyme for a more savoury flavour.
